"…Just wanted to let you know how deeply appreciative I am." — Michael S.I wanted to let you know something that you probably already do: I think of you often, and take inspiration from the amount of hard work you have clearly put into being the kind of person you want to be. Some days, it is very hard for me to let go of the things that come easily or naturally, in favor of things that aren't so easy but are Completely necessary. When days are tough, and I've had a few this week, It helps me considerably when I think about how hard you have worked. Somehow, knowing the trail ahead of me has been blazed by others such as yourself makes for a less arduous climb. Just wanted to let you know how deeply appreciative I am.
"…There is light at the end of the tunnel for me. Great perspective." — Chad H.Working with Paul and RA has had a profound impact on my life in general. Joining RA and the roundtables in combination with Paul's guidance and advice have helped to initiate many changes in business and personal life. We have implemented and are currently practicing many things. We have raised margins, sell our design work, hired a great office manager, and have a much smoother running office. Paul has been instrumental in helping me to see my own "head trash" for what it is and has given much needed guidance, direction, and perspective. I was apprehensive about joining RA, the roundtables, and hiring Paul because of the cost. I now view those as investments in my business and myself and wish I had done it years earlier. If you have made it to the point that your realize the wheel has already been created, then invest in learning from someone who has mastered its use and that is Paul. He has the experience of starting, building, operating, and selling a successful business and he also has worked with so many business owners in many different circumstances across the country. I have learned so many lessons this year, I couldn't repeat them all right now if I tried. Some of the best ones have been to pay for quality, respect yourself, and invest in people who can deliver perspective to you. I no longer feel like I live on my own little island because I don't. I look forward to my calls with Paul every month. There is light at the end of the tunnel for me. Great perspective.
"…I hope that I can affect as many people as you have." — Todd J.More than the shiny awards and accolades you have help me to create a culture of accountability, loyalty, professionalize. When I envision looking back many years from now I hope that I can affect as many people as you have. Thanks for Caring,
"…I join legions of others who appreciate Paul not only for his professionalism but for his friendship." — Mary and Stephen G.My husband and I first met Paul Winans when he was assigned to be the facilitator for our roundtables group at Remodeler’s Advantage. Paul’s reputation proceeded him, and I well remember my husband warning me not to look at my cell phone during the meetings! Such was our introduction to Paul, and I could not have imagined at our first meeting the positive impact that Paul would have on our business. After that first meeting, we hired Paul to be a consultant for us, and we spoke by phone once a month. Paul is wise, intuitive, knowledgeable and generous, and he has been a mentor to so many. One of the most amazing things about Paul is the consistently high standards that he sets for himself, and, because of his example, we began to set those same standards. This is one of Paul’s gifts, and Stephen and I are most grateful for his example. I would also like to mention Paul’s uncanny ability to get to the heart of a matter. He sees through excuses, and helps to focus on the real issues at hand. Then he goes about helping to find solutions that are attainable and practical. I would be remiss if I didn’t also mention Paul’s wonderful sense of humor, and our association with him always includes laughter and a good sense of camaraderie. I join legions of others who appreciate Paul not only for his professionalism but for his friendship.
