A One Day On-Site Meeting includes:

• Personality profiling exercise and discussion – your staff can gain insight about how to interact more effectively with each other
• Discussion of insights gathered from pre-meeting interviews with employees and the Employee Insight Survey
• Training and exercises to improve the ability for your team to work more effectively together
• Paul sharing some key systems to help your company work more successfully
• Strengths and Opportunities download with your team followed by break outs into small Action Teams to prepare Action Plans to improve your company’s performance and profitability
• Presentation of Action Plans and discussion of what happens with the results

• Discussion of Vision, Mission and Core Values, giving staff a stake in the outcome (Day One)
• Working directly with just your key managers for one day
• Management skills training for your key managers
• Strengths and Opportunities download with your team followed by break outs into small Action Teams to prepare Action Plans to improve your company’s performance and profitability
• Presentation of Action Plans and discussion of what happens with the results
